Sexual and Reproductive Health Services

Finding affirming and inclusive sexual and reproductive healthcare can be challenging. At Southwest Center, we proudly provide high-quality, confidential, low-cost to no-cost sexual and reproductive healthcare and family planning services. These services are open to anyone regardless of income, insurance status, gender identity, sexuality, or immigration status.

Services Include:

  • Cervical Cancer Screening (Pap Tests)

  • Birth Control, Pills, Condoms, and Other Contraceptive Methods

  • Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) Services

  • Pregnancy Testing, Counseling, and Resources

  • Annual Breast Cancer Screening

  • Screening for Lipid Disorder

  • Basic Infertility Services

  • Preconception Health

  • Achieving Pregnancy

Offering Patient-Centered Care

  • No government identification is required for services.

  • Services are provided at low cost or no cost to you.

  • Appointments can be completely confidential, except in cases of mandatory reporting.

  • Those under 18 can receive birth control and STI services without parental or guardian consent.

All services are available in English and Spanish. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, AHCCCS, and most major commercial insurances. We have low self-pay rates, based on family size and income, for those without insurance to ensure you can be seen. We also receive federal Title X Family Planning grant funds through Affirm. These funds enable us to provide family planning services to uninsured, low-income individuals.
