Our providers and HIV Specialists™ are passionate about your well-being. We’ve got you covered in a safe and welcoming environment. Our services are designed to address your unique needs.

1. Wellness Exams: Our healthcare professionals will check your vital signs, including blood pressure, and recommend screening tests that can detect diseases early, when they’re easier to treat. You can also protect yourself from preventable diseases by getting your vaccines, based on age. It is recommended to see your primary care provider at least once a year.

2. Medical History: We take the time to discuss your medical history. Understanding your background allows us to tailor our care specifically to you. Your health journey matters to us.

3. Medication Management: If medications are part of your treatment plan, we’ll guide you through the process. Our team will prescribe and manage medications to support your health goals.

4. Chronic Condition Management: For individuals managing chronic conditions, we provide comprehensive care and support to help you effectively manage your health over time. Our team will work with you to develop personalized strategies and treatment plans.

5. Diagnostic Testing: Accurate diagnosis is crucial. We offer diagnostic testing, including blood tests, to identify and monitor any medical conditions. Rest assured, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

7. Gender Affirming Healthcare: We know it’s hard to find healthcare that is affirming and inclusive. That’s why our care is patient-centered and involves a combination of medical, mental health, navigation services, and other services for our patients, especially for transgender and gender non-conforming members of our community.
