Primary Care

Primary care is a crucial part of well-being. It is recommended to see your primary care provider at least once a year. We pride ourselves on providing inclusive and affirming healthcare services to all. We offer annual exams, PrEP, HIV management, contraceptives, gender-affirming care, treatment for chronic and acute diseases, and much more.

HIV Management & Care

Through HIV treatment, HIV is a very manageable disease. Our medical team will help find the best HIV medication for you so you reach an undetectable status and can no longer pass HIV to anyone. For those who test HIV-positive in our clinic, we will help start you on antiretroviral treatment to help you reach undetectable. Together we can treat and end HIV!

Gender Affirming Healthcare

We know it can be hard to find healthcare that's affirming and non-judgmental. That's why we offer high-quality transgender healthcare, including hormone initiation and management. We also offer a peer navigator who can help you accomplish name and gender marker changes and other needs. Check out our Gender Affirming Program for more information.

 PrEP

Pre-exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) is a once-a-day pill that helps prevent HIV. PrEP is an amazing tool to protect yourself and your partner(s) from HIV. If you are uninsured or underinsured, there is funding to help get you on PrEP! Click here to learn more about PrEP.

 STI Treatment

STIs happen - and there’s no need to have any shame or stigma around getting an STI and receiving treatment. Our medical team offers non-judgmental treatment for chlamydia and gonorrhea.
